The Board of Directors attend to the ongoing business of the Company and meets on a monthly basis. The Executive Officers of the Board oversees the direction of the Company. Anyone may attend the Board meetings if they desire. They are held the third week of each month at 7:00pm, unless otherwise posted. And NHDT member who has a question, concern, fundraising, idea, etc., may present this to the Board of Directors. Those who cannot attend may ask a Board Member to present any ideas or requests or may submit them in writing to any Board Member.
